I was getting a little frustrated because the attachment kept coming off as I was putting veggies through but realized i had not secured it correctly so make to follow the steps! I found that I was quite frustrated during the initial assembly of this machine. There are limited instructions regarding the setup, although it appears really basic. Everything has to align, lid needs to be open on the cup, etc. In fact, I thought perhaps there was a problem with the machine but I stuck with it and found the issue was me, not the machine. I have never juiced before and watching the beautiful liquid from my apples, carrots and oranges stream out was such a treat! The machine works fabulously! This juicer doesn’t play. Heaven Fresh Juicer is heavy and therefore more stable when in use. My first fruit was a strawberry, apple, tangerine and kiwi juice. A dash of Hungarian Hot Pepper and a lime finished this off. It was quick to do. The juicer is easy to assemble and it cleans up . I can’t wait to make my first frozen dessert.
