I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. This is a great little dehumidifier. We got it for our basement because our old one was getting old and starting to have problems. This one is smaller and a lot quieter. The power on the Fotile range hood is excellent. For most cooking, I stay on the first 2 out of 3 fan settings. For high smoke activities such as seasoning a wok or searing steak, the 3rd settings is more than enough to suck up all the fumes. The fan speeds are all pretty quiet. Innovative new approach to Epoxy Mortar that enables a smoother matt finish. Epoxy Elite EVO is a commercial product that can be used as a non-sag setting material and grouting product. Extremely easy to install and maintain (follow specific instructions for this product). 2-part anti-acid epoxy mortar. Part A consists of a mixture of epoxy resin, fine-grain siliceous aggregates, pigments and specific organic additives. Component B consists of an innovative organic catalyst. The 2 parts, once mixed together at room temperature will have a full 60 minutes of application and cleaning time, and forms a creamy mixture with excellent smoothness, also for no-drip vertical application. Once hardened, the product has ultra-high performance in terms of mechanical and chemical resistance. The grout is industrial grade performance even when subjected to enzymatic cleaners and other harsh environments. When applying grout to tile we recommend using The Tile Doctor Green Epoxy Float. This float is specially designed to spread grout into joints when grouting tile with epoxy-based grout.

Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
