The coffee tastes great and the overall functionality is honestly brilliant. My only knock is the internal containers in the tray that trigger the “ready” sensors seem very hypersensitive, so it can be finicky. Also, it’s pretty noisy while it’s running. Finally found one that lasts! I want to start by saying I intentionally waited to write this review because I wanted to make sure this product truly stood the test of time before recommending it — and I’m so glad I did, because it did not disappoint!
