They are indeed very very heavy and arrived in two different packages which was only annoying b/c then I had to get people twice to bring them in, versus just once but two trips at the same time. I just thought that part was odd. They haven't been installed yet so I need to update my review once that happens. When I got the door it had a part with a screw hole in the wrong place and the hardware package was missing a few screws, but when I requested replacement parts they showed up in two days.
