I ordered 2 of these doors for a house I am having built. I was waiting for house to be completed, so I did not put doors together in 30days. I had a piece of the door that was split. Being it was 30 days, I contacted the manufacturer (Coast Sequoia) to get a replacement piece. They responded quickly and replaced the piece at no cost (I offered to pay). The doors look great and think they will be a great addition to my new home. The doors look as advertised and would recommend to anyone. The customer service from the mfg was exceptional. I can only imagine the quality of the doors will be as good as the service I received. Highly Recommend!!!! Update (101525) I asked for a replacement piece for the side panel because of the handle that I installed. I did not like how it looked (my fault). Great quality, easy to install... my only complaint is that the flex hose they provided cannot be attached directly to the vent because there is a backflowdraft damper that is not able to open and close with the flex hose compressed... you need to definitely use at least 6 piece of straight metal ductwork first, then attach the flex hose.... but the product is very well made otherwise!. Meh. It’s ok I guess. Pretty flimsy in comparison to the Miele that I’m replacing. I had very specific measurements for the chimney size, exhaust venting and style that would work so I guess beggars can’t be choosers but it’s not really what I would consider to be high end or even mid quality. Just cheaply made in my opinion. It’s held on with 2 x 1.25” 6 wood screws and my wife can lift it up by herself. The Miele we took down was a beast and solid like a piece of granite. This thing I can bend with my bare hands. Also the packaging is pretty lame. When it arrived the styrofoam was broken and there was a big dent on the back I had to hammer out (won’t ever see it). I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him. This is a great range hood fan and I researched many many different ones before coming across this one. It's actually a Canadian company but the actual company was out of stock . Wayfair was as well but their back order came in pretty quickly. The hood is gorgeous with everything I wanted it to have ( 4 lights, not just 2 and they're DIMMABLE!!), 2 simple dials; one for lights and one for fan speed ( no ugly black electronic panel with yet another clock..lol) and it's pretty quiet, even on the highest speed which is a powerful 750 cfm.
