I ordered 2 of these doors for a house I am having built. I was waiting for house to be completed, so I did not put doors together in 30days. I had a piece of the door that was split. Being it was 30 days, I contacted the manufacturer (Coast Sequoia) to get a replacement piece. They responded quickly and replaced the piece at no cost (I offered to pay). The doors look great and think they will be a great addition to my new home. The doors look as advertised and would recommend to anyone. The customer service from the mfg was exceptional. I can only imagine the quality of the doors will be as good as the service I received. Highly Recommend!!!! Update (101525) I asked for a replacement piece for the side panel because of the handle that I installed. I did not like how it looked (my fault). Beautiful sink and got plenty of comments on it before and just after it was installed. Still think it’s a beautiful sink but does scratch very easily. We used sink for 2 days before sink grid arrived and babied it. It still got one small scratch as cooking utensils were put at bottom of sink. It has subsequently started rusting. It is no larger than a grain of rice but is noticeable. The sink grid helped to cover it up but is still frustrating based on cost. If purchasing, make sure to get the sink grid before using.. Derek.
