I ordered 2 of these doors for a house I am having built. I was waiting for house to be completed, so I did not put doors together in 30days. I had a piece of the door that was split. Being it was 30 days, I contacted the manufacturer (Coast Sequoia) to get a replacement piece. They responded quickly and replaced the piece at no cost (I offered to pay). The doors look great and think they will be a great addition to my new home. The doors look as advertised and would recommend to anyone. The customer service from the mfg was exceptional. I can only imagine the quality of the doors will be as good as the service I received. Highly Recommend!!!! Update (101525) I asked for a replacement piece for the side panel because of the handle that I installed. I did not like how it looked (my fault). This is a beautiful 100% handcrafted mahogany Riva aquarama model. Painted in the true color of the boat. It take hundreds of hours to build by skillful and creative master craftsmen. Contains hundreds of beautiful details such as shiny chrome and brass fittings and very detailed dashboard and leather seats. Layers of vanishes are applied; the hull is then smoothly sanded between coats to create a mirror effect. This model was built according to scale through original plans, pictures and drawings. Extensive research threw original plans and pictures makes Old Modern Handicrafts model look authentic. Each model goes threw a demanding quality control process before leaving Old Modern Handicrafts workshop. Rested in a neat wood stand.

No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone.
