So… I ordered this ottoman because I saw it at a distant friend’s house. She told me which product number on Wayfair it was. It’s a great looking ottoman. The quality is top notch. Unfortunately FedEx delivered it with the box completely falling apart and dragged it on the pavement concrete and it got dirty. So I was going to just scrub it clean but upon opening it is completely dented in and the red ribbon that they pack with it has totally run all over it. The couch is comfortable. The color is pretty spot on to the pictures. The material is nice and soft. The assembly took us about 2 12 hours. We thought we would be able change the layout of the couch like the longer side being on he left hand side instead of the right but the couch doesn’t allow that if anyone was wondering if that was a possibility. Also if anyone was wondering, it came in 3 separate boxes that were quite heavy and did take some work to move but it was worth it. Overall I love the couch and am happy with the purchase.. We did notice an issue after a few days of use where the back cushions started to sag when not supported, which was a bit concerning at first.
