I like the efficiency and endless supply of hot water. Like other hot water products the only negative is waiting for the water line to clear of cold water to clear before getting hot water. This happens for any system unless a homeowner adds a recirculation pump with a timer etc. Those additions with the extra cost are to me not worth it. I can easily wait a minute or so for my hot water. Overall I am super pleased with the Rennai system and highly recommend my natural gas unit.. Wag3421. Mon Apr 13 2026

Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. Now that Im redoing the kitchen, I especially looked for their options. Im glad I did, because it looks great. Its a tad shorter than other similar options, which is a good thing for my application. Has held up really well. You’re likely to get some scratching of the paint or coating on the middle separator if you lean things like pizza stones or anything slightly abrasive against it, but otherwise has help up really well.
