The manufacturer should have made it so the bolts screwed right in, instead of providing little pieces of hardware that you need to line up with the bolts and the holes. Not all parts line up exactly, so a couple of the chairs wobble, but they are ok once you sit in them. I definitely recommend having two people to assemble them, but I did manage on my own. I looked for a table for so long and this one ended up being perfect! I wanted a rectangular table that was thin, but still fit four people, and that looked nice, but wasn't formal.
