Sink arrived with a large dent on the side. Looks as if it was dropped!! Was going to return but since an under mount sink, contractor was able to install such that the dent is not apparent. We had this sink installed with our kitchen remodel in June 2018. It was beautiful. However, after 6 months of use, we're very unhappy with the quality. The sink scratches fairly easily. Yes, the manufacturer instructions say to not to this or not do that, clean only following the grain, etc. We’ve owned two other homes with a stainless steel sink and are not using this Elkay sink any different than the others. We never had the scratches on the other sinks that we do with this one and we do follow manufacturers instructions on cleaning and care. Very disappointing.
