We did have a smaller window a/c unit that was just ok, but this one is a game-changer! It has a/c AND heat! Year-round comfort! It’s powerful enough to cool our entire garage (and we live in the South-so it definitely has its work cut out for it). The heater doesn’t exactly heat the whole room when it’s super cold out, but it definitely takes the chill out of the air and warms it sufficiently to make it possible to use the room in winter. We love it! The remote is handy and the timer feature is awesome. It is well-made and the as easy to install. We had to order a sleeve to slide it into, but it was very simple. FIVE Stars! First off, Wayfair AND KOHLER have the most phenomenal customer service and I write that because we had trouble with our first plumber saying products were defective and they were not it was the plumbers inadequacy. Kohler makes the best products and I chose to have every toilet and faucet and drain by Kohler. This being said, I love the luxurious Kohler faucets for my double sink. I didn’t get a Kohler sink, so note if and when you indulge in these faucets, if your sink is like mine, you will need a universal drain since the sink is a “concealed drain” (which a drain is included, just not universal) which I was told my Kohler means it will not be able to flood over. Anyway, these faucets are an absolute splurge for us, but for our primary shower that we hope to use for the next 15-20 years living here, we (being me, I) felt it was worth it. Thank you Wayfair.
