It was time to replace a 20 year old granite sink. We had looked for a couple of months and nothing had stood out. This sink caught plenty of attention due to two things…first, the design and second, the basket strainers in the drains. The larger side is the perfect size for cleaning our pots, pans, and skillets (we cook a lot). The smaller side is ideal for washing vegetables or fruits. If you just need to rinse off any dishes, a standard drainer will set right down in the larger side (or at least the one we have does). A standard dishpan will fit in there too! Installation is fairly easy if you’re familiar with basic home repair and plumbing. I have to do some tile repair, so mine is a little more in-depth. This sink is a wonderful choice for any situation. I highly recommend this one. It’s stylish, practical, and looks absolutely amazing! The metal finish is a beautiful addition to any kitchen decor! I am so totally in love with this sink! It's very sturdy and the basins really deep. It's smooth to the touch and has a medium Sheen to it. It really brightened up my kitchen counter. I ordered the Tahiti ivory and thought it would have some light speckles in it but nobody sees any speckles. It just looks like a very pretty creamy ivory which is fine. I just got my kitchen redone. Let me say that I am not a fan of stainless steel or single bowl sinks. I do not use a dishwasher. My kitchen is small and I didn’t use a dishwasher when I had one. I had first ordered a composite granite sink from a local company that was shipped here. After two sinks came chipped, I had had enough. So I ordered this sink. It’s heavy, it’s old school and deep and I like it so far. So, we’ll see how it works. Sink is amazing! I was just going to get a cheap square sink from Menards then I found this sink on wayfair that actually matched the same shape of cutout. I was so excited. It was a lot more expensive but it looks great so it was worth it! I do wish the divider was just like an inch or two higher. But still great.. Tory. Waukesha, WI. Sun Mar 24 2024
