This by-pass door roller is constructed from nylon. It features a top hung adjustable design that can also act as a corner bracket for steel frame by-passing doors. This roller fits on Acme and other similar styled doors.

This by-pass closet door repair kit includes four tandem roller assemblies constructed of stamped steel brackets and plastic wheels. One pair of tandem roller assemblies is for installation on the front sliding panels and have only a 1/4 in. offset. The other pair is for the sliding closet door panel that hangs on the rear track. The roller assemblies of this second pair have 1/2 inch offsets. Each roller assembly features 7/8 inch diameter wheels. The wheels have convex (round) edges and all are top hung, side-mount design. These roller assemblies are used on Acme and Stanley doors, in addition to many others.

This is a 3/4 inch diameter flat steel roller in a stamped steel housing with 1-9/16 inch mounting holes. It fits into a pocket mortised in a solid wood closet door bottom rail and held in place by two screws. Used by a variety of solid wood door closet manufacturers.

The length of this product is 4-13/16 ". If you find it too long, please consider other products.Easy to install: Mount to the wall with screws, and no groove is required for the door. Adjusting the rollers in the track to fit your door panel. No need to drill holes in the floor.

Really loved this door! Easy to set up and put together. This is the 36" wide x 84" tall door. Had some pretty good weight to it and was more heavy duty than I thought ( in a good way). Very smooth on the track and doesn't stick at all. We personally added more to it by staining a piece of pine and putting that up between the wall and the track to match the shelving in our room. So the board is not necessary, just was for aesthetics. Love the glass on the door so it allows the light to come through when it is shut and keeps the rooms bright vs being a solid door.
