I’m happy with my decision after laboring between getting a quality, trusted name for triple the price or this more affordable one. Our contractor said the valve (I think that’s what it was) and openings were not made with the same streamlined construction as Kohler, Delta...but it’s fine. We ended up not using the long arm instead going for a ceiling mount. Caution- the shower head is gentle pressure, but that’s the idea. Hand-held offers more of a typical pressure.. Emily. Everything looks nice; however, the valve appears to be leaking or is cracked. I need to know if I can get a replacement valve so my contractor can proceed with the installation. I have purchased a total of three other shower systems from Wayfair and love all the other ones I have purchased in the past. It would be better if the request for reviews did not come in immediately after delivery since many times it could be weeks before the contractor has completed the job.
