Came well packaged and in perfect . So far, so good! Plugged it in last night and the temp is holding steady at 34° - oops time to turn it up to 37°! We did remove one rack as it seemed crowded, but I can see how all the racks are helpful if you plan to fill it up with drinks etc. Love the basket at the bottom as it provides additional options for storage..
