Needed replacement cover for a Ducane 4420. OE cover from mfg was too tight and after about 3 yrs sharp corners on the grill tore the cover. Next was cheap replacement from big box home improvement store that barely lasted the season and hung on the grill like a too big coat. It had no discernable front or back. I just received this cover and I feel like Goldilocks - it is just right!. The size is perfect. Nice fit but not so tight it is difficult to get on and off. Quality is perfect. Nice heavy material which appears to be well constructed. I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. So here is the skinny on this cover... I bought this for my Members Mark BBQ in April. When I received the package I opened it up I checked to make sure there were no rips, tears, etc. It was labeled the correct size that I had ordered. Very nice heavy material, sturdy quality, looks sharp. The only thing is that it must have been sewn wonky... because it doesn't fit. Here is the thing that I love most about ordering from Wayfair... I called the customer service # and spoke with a representative (Craig) who was wonderful!!! I gave him my measurements for my BBQ to just check to make sure I ordered the right size and right away he said that Wayfair would take care of it! It is so easy to work with Wayfair and that is why I always order my household stuff from here. Another cover is on it's way and he said that if that one doesn't work they will find one for me that will. All I had to do was send him the pictures of my BBQ and the cover which I had already done when I noticed it didn't fit right. If it wasn't for the defect...which happens, I would have given this cover a rating of 5 stars. Heavy duty, great material used and looks sharp. I will update my review when I receive the new one. *UPDATE: I have just received the new cover from Wayfair this week and I have to say...
