I’ve been through at least 5 different door locks and not one of them has held up like this one has. Installation was easy and quick, mostly because I’ve done this a few times already. The reason for 4 stars is because sometimes my fingerprint doesn’t work. I then have to type in the passcode when I was to lock and unlock the door. I also wish it came with 2 keys instead of one but that’s not a deal breaker. I don’t really use the app, but it’s there if I need it. I'm really enjoying this so far. I've got it working with SmartThings which means it's working (okay) with Google Home. All five of my RF fans work with this device. I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. Only on day 2 but it was easy to set up and it’s vacuumed twice so far. I’m pretty sure it’s pulling hair from the carpet that came from our dogs, and the last dog had been gone for two years! Took 24 hours to be able to change the master passcode after batteries were installed, but the automatic lock worked immediately. The door handle isn’t connecting to the Tuya app, I’m hoping that I can get the app to work that’s why I selected this model because it was all included verses others you need to purchase bridge items to connect via WiFi.. I was so excited to get this WiFi door lock. It looks very expensive but the price was very affordable. It was some what easy to install, came with two keys when you don’t want to use the automatic feature. I’m saddened that we was never able to get it to connect to our WiFi.
