Ive been looking for a water fountain for quite some time. I wanted something that would provide conversation privacy from my neighbors, drown out some freeway noise, yet still sound tranquil. What I love about this fountain is the shape, size and overall modern style. Its a heavy solid piece, and it sounds wonderful with just the perfect amount of water flow. Wayfair Delivery was quick and amazing, and my contractor put it together in less than a hour. Everything is built-in, so once you get it centered and level, you just add water and plug it in. Simple, easy concept design! Its more textured than I expected, and unfortunately there are minor nicks all around the exterior and along the rim. Because I ordered the black color, its probably more noticeable. Just something to note if ordering in black. Overall, Im so happy with my new water fountain!! Its adding so much to my peace!!. Now that the fall has arrived birds are making frequent visit to bathe and the squirrels think it's there public drinking fountain. I love this Fountain however, about the plastic plug at the base of the bottom bowl tends to pop up and allow water to drain, my handyman was able to Jerry rig a system that holds the plug down so problem is solved but manufacturer should address. I LOVE the Fountain. I did make a mistake in selecting the English Moss. It does sound green, but actually I was trying to match the color on the fountain in the picture. The online color swatches just do not give accurate colors. It did indeed turn out to be quite green. However, since this is a secondary fountain in my yard, and will be surrounded by low plants similar to the picture, I believe it will just make the area more serene. I am crossing my fingers! This is an easy to assemble fountain, producing a soft trickling sound that cannot be heard at a distance, and a minimal amount of splash. This fountain has heavy components and may require lifting assistance.

The fountain took a long time for delivery and when it came the pump was missing . Also the fountain had a lot of shading , therefore not looking like the picture above . For the price , it was rather deceiving. We received the pump later but asked to exchange the fountain . The exchange went smoothly and the new fountain looks better but still with some less apparent shading . We ordered early dec /19 and finally got the replacement fountain working end of jan.....
