Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts. I recently purchased the Deer Valley 2-piece toilet, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with my choice. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. Not having to my bottom anymore and having it cleaned for me is a game changer. The night light is great so I dont have to blind myself with the vanity light.
