Very nice piece that solved a hand towel placement quandary, allowing me to place hardware in a thin strip of available wall space. Lovely in chrome. It's also heavier duty than what you can find in standard stores. I've attached some pictures. The style is sleek and modern and constructed entirely of metal. The hardware included is also all metal, except, of course the plastic hollow wall anchors. I'm attaching to drywall so I won't use the included plastic anchors because they are really only designed for light duty use. I can't stand a loose towel bar...especially since fixing it involves removing it, filling the original holes in the wall and repairing and camouflaging the drywall texture, painting your work with a sealer such as Zinsser and then later with the current wall paint. And then, after all that, you'll need to remount the bar in a place far enough away from your original repaired holes to maintain integrity. It's more foolproof to use a more substantial method such as metal toggle bolts in the first place. Just my opinion. ; ). Simone. CA. Tue Jul 04 2023

This is not a towel bar. It is a grab bar and too heavy to hang on the wall. I was given the option to return it at my expense, so my refund would be less than$5. Or keep it for a 20% discount of $12. This policy is absolutely unacceptable and rather than spending more time on the phone talking with someone who “doesn’t have the authority” to offer to pay the return shipping and issue me a full refund, I will take the 20% discount and donate the item as I do not need a grab bar.
