I got this pan to see if I would like it before I bought the whole set. I got is March 30 and it is now May 5. I use it about 4x a week. No discoloration and no coating coming off. Great pots and pans for the price never know what to buy anymore but this set I have purchased several times, they last several years with 4 hungry boys that torture them, dropping them using metal utensils cutting steaks in the pan with a sharp knife and the pans still keep on cooking….end of buying new set every 3-4 years not from the pans failure but from the kids torturing them and even then it’s just a skillet or 2 not the whole set… now we have lots of great pans…use them every day!!!.
