This was delivered today within the time frame given. The delivery person placed the box on my carport near the kitchen door. There was no damage to the package at all and the ottoman was packed securely to arrive free from damage. The color is as described and the legs were easy to attach. I did have to use a silicone jar opener to grasp the legs to tighten them due to issues with grip in my hands. The ottoman is sturdy and the upholstery looks to be a high grade. The tub is perfect. I had to look through 100’s to find this size. It fits perfectly in my space after downsizing my vanity. I am 5’5”, and it is very comfortable. The water covers my chest. The tub per se is solid, and much larger than it looks in the on-line picture. That's great, since I'm quite tall and feared I'd be sitting in this tub w my knees under my chin! Not so. PLENTY of room, yet our 50 gal water heater had no problem filling it w HOT water. Installed it after a preliminary dry fit to be sure about the placement. The listed measurements match the actual. Drain mechanism was reassuringly familiar and largely of plated brass; my plumber approved, and said there was no reason to replace it w the $250 Kohler drain I was eyeing. Pretty easy install, but my plumber was careful in positioning the connection for the drain. Tub had a lot of manufacturing dust, but that cleaned up. Packaging was extraordinarily good, and damage in shipping would have been difficult to achieve w/o deliberate effort. The described STOOL, however, was NOT included in the delivery, and efforts to get one from CastelloUSA were unsuccessful. They apologized for the omission (once I was able get them to acknowledge I was missing a STOOL and not a "TOOL", but they said manufacturing of one would "take at least three months." Seriously?! That might mean as long as what? Six months? A year? Or never? They were difficult to work with, and remained adamant in refusing to take a stool from existing inventory for a more timely fulfillment. For a relatively expensive item, I thought CastelloUSA offered very weak "support." Fortunately, WAYFAIR was monitoring the back-and-forth and recognized the impasse. They stepped in w an acceptable credit against a different stool (shown in the photo). Bottom line: nice, deep, roomy tub. No stool, no support from CastelloUSA. We rec’d our tub but haven’t installed it yet so review is based on size and appearance. A round tub is unique and the size seems perfect. I originally ordered a 51 inch which was too big then got a 45 that was too small. The 49 inch doesn’t sound much smaller compared to the 51 inch but it made a huge difference in our space. Can extend my legs which I couldn’t do with the 45 inch. The tub seems sturdy. It’s a matte white so if you want one that’s a bright shiny white this isn’t the tub for you. One drawback is the material seems like it could easily show marks so be careful moving it around. Had to hire movers to get it upstairs (it’s heavy!) and the tub rubbed against the shipping crate when they were getting it out. Sure enough there was scrape on tub where it hit the crate. Beautiful shower. Looks great in our master bathroom but we are still having problems with leaks at each corner we have tried sealants but it still leaks. We think that It has to do with the sliding doors having certain areas that are slightly opened but we cannot seal it otherwise the doors will not slide. We are still trying to fix this problem.
