My husband grew up sleeping on Mexican fur blankets #iykyk so getting him used to a proper fitted and top sheet was not easy. Hubby approves of this blanket he says its even softer than expected. REVIEW UPDATE: We enjoyed the blanket at first but every night id find it on the floor. It was so slickery and soft it wouldn't stay put. I ordered this to go on my leather couch in the den/tv room. I have a six year old Pittie who loves to curl up on the couch waiting for her dinner every evening. Thought this would be a good cover to help protect the leather and give her a nice soft spot. The weight, quality and non slip backing are very good. My one disappointment is in the color. I ordered the "brown" option and the color arrived and is a putty/taupe hue. Not exactly what I had hoped for and really doesn't go with the amber/brown theme in the room. The fur was a little matted when it arrived which is understandable but it is starting to fluff up after being open for the last few days. I received the blanket today. I got the cream white one and I washed it and it’s great. There was no lint nothing in the dryer and it came out perfect as you can see my dogs love it.
