Fairly easy to assemble I put it together alone and my nephew came and helped me turn it upright and level it. The ball roll is a little slow but I think that when the felt gets worn down a little it should improve. Best price I could find for a table with the ability to replace the cloth. I researched for a few hours total, and this is the table I chose. It took me about three hours fully assemble the table, most of the time was spent putting the players and bumpers together and making sure everything was lines up properly. I have to say the manufacturer made it pretty much dummy proof. The lights, sound, and automatic score board make the table come to life.
