This Duvet set is beautiful. It’s crisp look and soft texture were exactly what I was looking for. I do appreciate the contrasting piping around the edges of both the cover and the shams. The only reason for four stars and not five, was that the sham covers were more like pillow cases in the sense that there was no closure for them and the ends were open. A zipper or envelope closure would have elevated the look to a different level of elegance in appearance. That is the only negative I have. At first, I was very disappointed. Very minimal packaging meaning the dish set was not protected AT ALL!! We received 4 of these in the mail and they ended up going directly into storage. We waited 10 months before opening... our fault for not opening before. However, once we opened and discovered that there was 1 broken plate, I called customer service. To my surprise, customer service was AMAZING. They lady I dealt with was super helpful and even replaced the 1 salad plate the came broken. I am so happy with the customer service I received.
