This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. I haven’t had a chance to hook it up yet, but first impressions have been very positive. The delivery went smoothly, and everything arrived in good condition. One of the main reasons I chose this spa was the double lounger layout, which is hard to find at this price point. The overall build and finish look solid, and it has a clean, modern appearance that fits nicely with our setup. For the features you get—Bluetooth, programmable LED lighting, stainless steel heater, and included insulated cover—it seems like a really strong value compared to similar models I looked at. Be prepared for assembly. You'll need the following: spray dish soap for lubrication, a rubber mallet and a phillips-head screwdriver. Fortunately, it's only four screws, the rest is like putting together a Lego set. It just takes some serious pounding with the rubber mallet to get the pieces to go together, and I mean serious pounding. Just fair warning. The dish soap helps to get things going. We shopped around for sometime and were leaning towards buying a spa from a local dealer when the wife discovered this unit. I was more than a little skeptical at first but after reading reviews and doing research we pulled the trigger. The spa arrived in less than a week and we couldn’t be happier.
