We purchased this refrigerator in 2021 because we needed a specific size to fit inside our house. So far (2026) the refrigerator is working well. I appreciate that the shelves are easily adjustable and are easy to clean. The hidden door feature is probably my favorite part of the unit because it allows easy access to often-grabbed items like drinks and condiments. The ice maker and water option on the front is also great, and I like that I can set different temperature zones for the main fridge and for the drawer below it. The only two features that I find frustrating are the double icemaker. The Round ice balls in the freezer take up a lot of room that I would gladly have for storage instead. The ice balls are produced slowly and I feel pretentious offering them to guests. I love this counter depth refrigerator. We received it a few weeks later than originally scheduled, but it was better than not getting it at all. Thanks goodness for Wayfair!
