Assembly wasn't an easy task, even for the professional I hired. It was necessary to uninstall it and reinstall it to get the glass positioned correctly because only one side of the glass is treated to avoid water spots. This is a high quality shower door and very attractive. The doors roll smoothly and silently on the rail and the bottom rail is designed to be cleaned easily. Luxury shower surrounds for the DIY enthusiast in pre-cut kits for common shower wall sizes. These panels are lightweight, easy to carry, cut and fabricate. Cutting can be done with a skilled saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Locktite PowerGrab Ultimate adhesive or Boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel's outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

Update: I received the replacement today. Took a while, but it arrived safe and unbroken. Unfortunately, because it took a while for the replacement stone top, I had to go to my local countertop store to secure one to put on top. Overall, I am satisfied with the result. I gave this 4 stars, not because of the product but because of the delivery. The delivery was on time, but it was not secured during travel to its destination. The box was damaged on the corner. As a result, the stone was broken into four pieces, and there was a delay in installation. I would recommend better packaging. The stone top was secured with a very thin styrofoam. Now I have to wait for the replacement. On the plus side, Wayfair and the manufacturer were efficient and communicated to remedy the issue. Happy about that.
