Assembly wasn't an easy task, even for the professional I hired. It was necessary to uninstall it and reinstall it to get the glass positioned correctly because only one side of the glass is treated to avoid water spots. This is a high quality shower door and very attractive. The doors roll smoothly and silently on the rail and the bottom rail is designed to be cleaned easily. Update: I received the replacement today. Took a while, but it arrived safe and unbroken. Unfortunately, because it took a while for the replacement stone top, I had to go to my local countertop store to secure one to put on top. Overall, I am satisfied with the result. I gave this 4 stars, not because of the product but because of the delivery. The delivery was on time, but it was not secured during travel to its destination. The box was damaged on the corner. As a result, the stone was broken into four pieces, and there was a delay in installation. I would recommend better packaging. The stone top was secured with a very thin styrofoam. Now I have to wait for the replacement. On the plus side, Wayfair and the manufacturer were efficient and communicated to remedy the issue. Happy about that. Just installed this dreamline sliding shower door. We needed an option without a top rail because of the unusual structure of our bathroom. The bay window would not allow for a top rail install and the bathroom was too small for a pivot style door. This slider worked great. My only complaint is that the slider has a little too much play in the top glider and so rattles a bit. We plan to reduce the clearance with a thicker piece of rubber to eliminate that issue. We also have not been able to determine how to properly drain the inner channel. It seems to hold standing water after shower use. Could be user install error. Overall a great product.. Colette. I would give these doors 5 stars for the thickness of glass and quality but because the instructions left a lot to desire and difficult to assemble correctly causing friction between the two doors and hard to roll.
