I took away a star (probably should have been two) because the directions and design are terrible. Connecting the power cords were self-explanatory, but the way the left and right pieces connect together was a huge miss and overkill. and the directions were even worse. Surely you could have done a better job at writing some simple directions or with the connection design. I have put pieces like this together with my eyes closed, but following these directions, the bolts were upside down, and I had to take everything apart and start over.
