No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. This turned out to be a great purchase and exactly what I needed. It was quick and easy to assemble, and the mattress is truly 5 inches with good-quality memory foam-my Pops says it’s very comfortable and said he doesn't need a mattress topper. It’s easy to open at night and store in the morning, rolls smoothly without scratching my floors, feels sturdy with the wheels locked, and fits perfectly in my small living room closet. I’m very pleased with the quality. For extra peace of mind, I did purchase a thin rubber floor runner to roll it on when moving it to and from the closet, and I added quarter-size felt pads under the legs for additional floor protection.
