Not installed yet but out of the box product was perfect- well packaged and everything seems to be there. The accessories are some of the nicest I have seen and I have installed several of these workstation type sinks from various brands. Nice look, have only used it a week but have not had any stains, etc. Easy to clean and matching drains look nice. Update - have had it for 4 years now so downgraded to 4 stars from 5. Like the sink,works well,looks good. Only compaint is that over time the center divider can get very small chips/wear.
