All in all decent product, directions are very vague - I did have to email the company to get clarification on bracket length and it not sitting tight in bracket. In other wards when brackets were installed the bar had space on each side (said it was acceptable) Brackets for adjusting the rollers slightly on cheap side and caused me to scratch the protective coating but will mever see water.. I’ve owned the fridge for about 3 weeks and it is a solid upgrade. PROS: It looks great and elevates the look of the kitchen to gourmet. The water/filter quality is top tier and the auto sense fill feature saves time when filling up a glass or a measuring cup. And of course it chills and freezes nicely with features that boost the capability for special circumstances such as installation or recovering from a power outage. CONS. It’s missing a few “normal folks” features that I’ve enjoyed over the years and that I would expect for the cost. 1. It is massive and takes 4-6 people to deliver it; annotate that during delivery or they won’t send enough people to get it off the truck. Also, installation and haul away aren’t included. Be prepared to pay a few hundred extra. 2. The door isn't magnetized - so it won’t hold a magnet. 3. I like it but it’s really weird to me to have such a nice appliance that doesn’t have an in the door ice and water dispenser. Looks great. Bought the matte black. Fits in perfectly with the rest of the fixtures. After installation this week and will update. Installed today. Looks great and the actual materials are great quality. Only problem was the installation which were difficult. The predrilled hole for the bottom rail left no room for the glass panel to be installed.
