Your average cheap mattress, definitely much less supportive and not as firm as your typical firm mattress, but as to be expected for the price. Doesn’t fluff up evenly or as nicely as you’d think if you’ve ever bought a quality bagged mattress you know what I mean. Fabric is super loose and not fitted to the mattress and the mattress does get that dipping effect when two people lay on it at the same time. Not the best, but not the worst either. Haven’t washed yet but it appears sturdy enough to resist the hot water washing that is recommended. This turned out to be a great purchase and exactly what I needed. It was quick and easy to assemble, and the mattress is truly 5 inches with good-quality memory foam-my Pops says it’s very comfortable and said he doesn't need a mattress topper. It’s easy to open at night and store in the morning, rolls smoothly without scratching my floors, feels sturdy with the wheels locked, and fits perfectly in my small living room closet. I’m very pleased with the quality. For extra peace of mind, I did purchase a thin rubber floor runner to roll it on when moving it to and from the closet, and I added quarter-size felt pads under the legs for additional floor protection.
