I’ve owned the fridge for about 3 weeks and it is a solid upgrade. PROS: It looks great and elevates the look of the kitchen to gourmet. The water/filter quality is top tier and the auto sense fill feature saves time when filling up a glass or a measuring cup. And of course it chills and freezes nicely with features that boost the capability for special circumstances such as installation or recovering from a power outage. CONS. It’s missing a few “normal folks” features that I’ve enjoyed over the years and that I would expect for the cost. 1. It is massive and takes 4-6 people to deliver it; annotate that during delivery or they won’t send enough people to get it off the truck. Also, installation and haul away aren’t included. Be prepared to pay a few hundred extra. 2. The door isn't magnetized - so it won’t hold a magnet. 3. Shelves are a tiny bit less deep than the last refrigerator, but it’s not too much of a problem. It’s working, keeps the food safe, and is very attractive. My only complaints are that it seems the beverage storage side of the fridge should have an additional shelf and also that the shelving design results in a lot of wasted space this side of the fridge preventing a much larger capacity of cansbeverages (See photos) also the wine racks are very right even with standard size bottles Champagne, Prosecco and large format bottles do not fit on the wine cooler side sadly. With all this said, I still believe that this was a great purchase and I am excited to order custom panels (included Panel specs that were impossible to locate prior to order) and get great use out of this Beverage cooler.. amazing! We love our new range!! It was thousands less than others that we looked at. I called our Appliance Repair man prior to purchasing… Just to ensure that I would have someone local to help. Should anything go wrong. They were familiar with the brand and we purchased in confidence. The oven seems to need a tiny calibration… And even on convection, it heats a little unevenly. But considering how gorgeous this is and how well all of the burners work… We have absolutely no complaints!
