All in all decent product, directions are very vague - I did have to email the company to get clarification on bracket length and it not sitting tight in bracket. Overall, I am very happy with this refrigerator. It arrived with a small dent on the back right side, which was disappointing, but it does not affect its performance. The only other issue I encountered was during assembly. When attaching the handles, the pre-drilled holes in one of the handles did not align with the refrigerator's mounting holes. I had to create an additional hole in the handle to secure it properly. Aside from those two issues, the refrigerator has been amazing. The measurements are very accurate. I had to trim a small portion of my countertop to make the refrigerator fit properly. Fortunately, I have someone coming to sand and repaint the area, but if your available space does not exactly match the refrigerator's dimensions, you may run into the same issue. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower.
