Beautiful floor tile. Got these to replace the ones I put down that broken when the heavy rains caused the cabin to sink on one side just enough to break these tiles. So I am keeping these for the shower I am putting in this year. I realized after I ordered them that I probably should go a different way with the rain. Got another foot this past week. I love Wayfair! I find what I need for the inside, outside and home improvement. These tiles took a while to get. They were delivered by a 2 man team. They came on a pallet and have a lot of support. The delivery team put the tiles where I needed them. Nice people. They are very nice. 2 by 4 feet make them heavy but so nice! Very nice Tiles! Review for Medunjess 47” Freestanding Solid Surface Tub Great solid surface tub for a remodel where we had size limitations. If a larger tub will work for you, I’d recommend it. The material it’s constructed out of feels really nice. Also pretty heavy FYI. Mixed feelings on how to rate the experience though — as Wayfair is *most always* very good with their service, care and deliveries. The first tub shipped to us came reasonably quickly — but it was shattered in about 20 pieces. The crate these are shipped in is solid as can be, however the tub is merely set on the center of the crate’s wood floor with nothing holding it in place. There is nothing (other than its weight) to restrain the 137 pound tub’s position, barring four curved flexible polyethylene U-shaped foam pieces lining the rim of the tub, four small linear L-shaped / angle styrofoam pieces, and a polyethylene sack surrounding the tub. The tub is free to slide around within the fabulously designed crate — basically as a puck on a shuffleboard, or a ball running down the bowling alley. (Click photos to see full images.) Thus, during shipping, the crate and tub must remain upright / horizontal, and not tipped to create its sliding about within the crate and cracking. I watched the first delivery team leveraging it over the rear of the truck bed, turning it 90º and lowering it to the ground (no lift gate on that truck) — which inevitably caused the tub to slide and bang against the wall of the crate, now on the ground (if not having already met that consequence earlier on the voyage). The delivery leader told me, “You’ll hear some parts in there moving about, but don’t worry, everything’s alright.” There is nothing additional to the tub (and its delicate polyethylene and styrofoam pieces) in the crate, which are not sufficient to keep the tub from moving about. Medunjess really needs to address this — as I’ve read other reviews where the same thing happened requiring a replacement. Additional blocking / padding of some kind needs to be added to the engineering of the crate to secure the tub from sliding within. Of course rotating the crate at 90º as I witnessed is likely a “no-no” regardless. It seems to be a fine product (again, while being pretty heavy) and we’re looking forward to getting it installed in our remodel. Medunjess and Wayfair worked with us pretty well to help with this — but still, when you have contractors postponing a project in the midst for a replacement to come . . . it’s not fun. We rec’d our tub but haven’t installed it yet so review is based on size and appearance. A round tub is unique and the size seems perfect. I originally ordered a 51 inch which was too big then got a 45 that was too small. The 49 inch doesn’t sound much smaller compared to the 51 inch but it made a huge difference in our space. Can extend my legs which I couldn’t do with the 45 inch. The tub seems sturdy. It’s a matte white so if you want one that’s a bright shiny white this isn’t the tub for you. One drawback is the material seems like it could easily show marks so be careful moving it around. Had to hire movers to get it upstairs (it’s heavy!) and the tub rubbed against the shipping crate when they were getting it out. Sure enough there was scrape on tub where it hit the crate. It feels much bigger than it is. Really solid and a pretty shape. It holds the heat of the water for a long time--I have never left a bath because the water became cold. While this tile is fun and unique, there are some things I wish I had known before ordering. I knew the tile had a matte finish, but I still expected it to be smooth. It actually has a slightly grainy, textured look. The tile is also not a true white and definitely has a gray tone to it. Up close, you can see the 3D design of the tile, but from a few feet back it can look like two-toned, striped wallpaper. I have been asked twice if I put wallpaper in my shower. This tile also works better when used on a solid, flat surface. I was disappointed that I had to use a trim piece around the window, as this tile cannot be mitered (which I was hoping for so the 3D element would be visible). We found that Laticrete “Frosty” colored grout matches perfectly and blends so well in the horizontal gaps that the tile looks like 8-foot-tall slabs. The shipping was a joke. Plan on receiving it at least a week past the end of the delivery window, and you won’t be as frustrated. Because of the directional nature of the tile, and even though I purchased 15% extra, I was short one tile. I hurried and ordered more, and it took over a month to arrive, which was 10 days past the final stated delivery date. This messed up all of our sub contractors schedules.. Stacie.
