I purchased this Whirlpool bathtub and received it 3 weeks later without a whirlpool feature. AT FIRST, Customer service admitted the mistake and arranged for the correct bathtub to be shipped. HOWEVER, 2 days later I was sent an email that the company misrepresented this bathtub and it should not have a whirlpool feature. They can offer me $500 discount to keep it or ship it back and be reimbursed for the shipping cost. This bathtub weighs over 200 lbs . I had to take down the stair railing, so three men could carry it to the third floor of my house and uncrate it. NOW I AM STUCK WITH THIS MONSTROSITY IN THE MIDDLE OF MY MASTER BEDROOM and Wayfair is telling me to ship it back for the reimbursement! Great faucet. I got the Lumicoat Chrome, and it's great - just dry wipe the spots and they are gone. Love the pull-out sprayer, it makes keeping the sink clean easy. Great Delta customer service - I got 2 faucets and one was perfect, whereas the other had a low flow (lower than it should be), a wobbly handle, etc. I called Delta multiple times to get assistance, and they immediately sent new replacement parts to help troubleshoot. I absolutely love this new home addition. I won’t credit myself as being a handy person but surprisingly was also able to install it myself. It was super easy to install. I took off one star only because I wish the pressure spray button would lock in place but it has to be held down manually. Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply!
