It also runs much quieter, which we really appreciate. We’ve also noticed that stains don’t build up as easily in the bowl compared to cheaper models. The design is sleek and the height is more comfortable, especially for adults or taller users. We paired it with a bidet seat, which makes it even better. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Everything arrived well-protected, with no cracks or damage. It did come in multiple boxes and the pieces are quite heavy, so it helps to be organized when unpacking. Customer service from both Wayfair and the manufacturer has been responsive and helpful when we had questions. Although it costs more upfront, we feel it’s worth it in the long run. No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. Great faucet. I got the Lumicoat Chrome, and it's great - just dry wipe the spots and they are gone. Love the pull-out sprayer, it makes keeping the sink clean easy. Great Delta customer service - I got 2 faucets and one was perfect, whereas the other had a low flow (lower than it should be), a wobbly handle, etc. I called Delta multiple times to get assistance, and they immediately sent new replacement parts to help troubleshoot. Well after I got my second one I got it to work after guidance from delta. The problem being, Alexa needed to forget the first module. They said she was confused because Ii had two in her system. After we deleted the 1st one, she worked. I stayed in the 5 ghz. In my router. She doesn’t understand cups for filling the coffee pot and her ounces are way off. So I changed the command for a 14 cup coffee pot to 60 ounces. It gets close enough without running over. For the measuring cups I think she’ll do just fine.. Jackie. New Leipzig, ND.
