I love the modern look and floating style. The instructions were subpar, omitting written language in favor of images, arrows, and numbers on the cabinet base instructions. I’m handy with tools and was able to modify a few things to make it work. Firstly, pieces 4-8 have an end with larger holes. These holes go against pieces 1 and 2. I wish the instructions had said that! Second, the hangers did not work in the ore-drilled hole location. I had to move them toward the front of the cabinet and loosen the hanger before screwing them to the cabinet. That was the only way to get the cabinet pulled in close to the wall. Third, I wanted the unit mounted to studs so I added a couple holes in the top strap where the studs were. I hate drywall anchors, especially the cheap ones included in the kit. If you’re going to use drywall anchors, you’re better off using the screw-in type or toggles. Lastly, FYI the drain pipe kit that comes with the sink is 1-1/4” flexible pipe.. Hallie. Raleigh, NC. kit# 2 luxury shower surrounds for the DIY enthusiast in pre-cut kits for common shower wall sizes. These panels are lightweight, easy to carry, cut, and fabricate. Cutting can be done with a skill saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Loctite power grab ultimate adhesive or boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

i have to admit i had no idea what to expect. Truly i just thought these would be some cheap light weight metal brackets. they were delivered very quickly. I went to pick up the box off the patio... again, thinking these were probably some cheap light weight metal brackets, but the box was heavy! quite heavy. I brought them in and pulled them out of the box and was very surprised and pleased at the weight and quality of these brackets. We had spent a lot of money on a large under mount hand hammered copper metal sink and i was concerned about the weight of the sink being carried by just the cabinet. i found these online and took a shot at them. very stout piece of metal and nice construction. Luxury shower surrounds at an affordable price for the DIY enthusiast in pre-cut kits for common shower wall sizes. These panels are lightweight, easy to carry, cut, and fabricate. Cutting can be done with a skilled saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Loctite power grab adhesive or Boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility with the other substrates might need testing. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel and applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, continuous silicone bead all the way around the panel about ½” from the edge to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

Easy to install ,nice door ,my opinion i would stay closer to the 48 inch size opening like 46 to48 ,i know it only another 2 inches to the 44 inches it says it can fit but it doesn't leave alot of room for the opening , it will work just suggest the person using the shower be on the smaller side..
