This oven looks really nice & cooks extremely well! I use Convection Mode mostly & it automatically reduces temperature which is nice. Bake Mode is what I use for desserts, breads & so far I’m happy with that. I have used the air fryer & comes with a basket. Improvements: menu panel is VERY hard to see in the evening- the print is too light. This really needs to be backlit, imo. (The LCD display that shows temp, etc is very bright so I’m not sure why the menu display is so dull) Also it’s missing add a minute button, when you want to add more time to cooking. The oven light goes off after 1 minute, which makes no sense if you want to check on your food while cooking. Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included. We did some research on Bosh and all the specs , features and look and style made our decisions ! We purchased Bosh appliances for our entire kitchen. They look as there builtins with out the built in prices. With our WiFi oven this makes it so convenient for heating and cooking. I can everything just from my phone .. no matter where I am ! The control panels are very simple and easy to do all your cooking needs . The engineers thought of everything plus customer comments are all taking into discussion making. Now need for extra appliances like air fryer, tosters etc because this oven has all those features plus the convection cooking . You can be a rookie to a 5 star chief and this oven will fill all you needs . Baking, broil , frozen to pizza plus more fantastic options! The service is second to none .... I had and minor issue I called service next day I had a service Tec and all resolved with professional services in no time . They kept us well informed throughout the whole process.
