This steam mop has honestly been an amazing purchase. We just had it installed yesterday. Recommend that you get a print out of the specifications and the installation. From what I was able to read in Wayfare’s description section, we would be able to install the unit flush with the ceiling. And unfortunately, because I didn’t have printed specifications we had to drop down the unit a foot from the ceiling. Not the inconspicuous flush mount unit and I was hoping for. According to my contractor, this was a very complicated unit to install. To be fair this is a relatively new category of range top hoods that are being offered. Pleased with the noise level, but have yet to cook with it. Read reviews from other previous purchasers, and a common statement was how small the remote controller was. I’ve really been enjoying this steam mop! It is relatively small and sleek, which is great for storing purposes. I find that it delivers the steam evenly and was surprised by how quiet it is (aside from the ticking noise while the water heats up). It does take up to 5 minutes to heat up which is a consideration to have in mind. I haven’t used all of the attachments yet, but love the options. I wish I could share a picture but I just love the Crystal Bay shower system! It is exactly what I wanted with a champayne bronze and different shower heads and wide open rain shower! Not so easy to install and as mentioned a part was defective. Wayfair came through beautifully! Wayfair’s customer service is fantastic but not the manufacturer. The product was perfect for our needs. The price was very fair and the financing was great. The set up was easy. The only thing that should be addressed is in the set-up of the CO2 gauages and connections. That section of the manual could use a little more clarity.
