Absolutely unacceptable quality. The only reason why I didn’t return it’s because i built the bathroom with this item in mind. One side of the frame has to be built after moving tub in place because pump and blower frame sticks out a bit over the tub lips. Tub frame is cheap 1 by 1” tubing held in place with some cheap self tapping screws from hardware store, they didn’t even bother to use one kind of screws. When tested it, the pump switch didn’t work, had to buy another one. Spot welds what can i say, i can do e better job and I am not even a welder. This looks like was made in someone’s garage. Instruction manual looks like someone just typed it in Word and printed it on a home printer. Front cover is supposed to stay in place with 4 magnets, it slides down since magnets aren’t strong enough to keep the cover in place, at least could have used neodymium magnets How can you possibly sell such a product for $2600 and feel proud about your Family Owned Business of 30+ years. This makes easy to get the perfect blend every time. It handles just about anything I put in it. It blends my smoothies perfectly. The blender makes a smoothie better than what I get from smoothie shop. It is also amazing for blending my soup recipes. My soups always turn out creamy and delicious. It blends and purees like a restaurant quality blender. One thing that really stands out is how quiet it is compared to other blenders I have used in the past. I can blend my morning smoothie without waking anyone up. Cleaning it is also a breeze. The parts come apart easily and rinse clean without much effort. The blender is very durable, well built, and high quality. This blender will last a long time even with daily use. I also appreciate the safety features. The blender is stable and secure while blending. The blender is also sleek and modern. The design fits perfectly with my kitchen decor. I use this blender daily.
