I'm really enjoying this so far. I've got it working with SmartThings which means it's working (okay) with Google Home. All five of my RF fans work with this device. I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. It's lovely material, but the install was initially pretty (conceptually) tough. Screwed up with the adhesive and had to order another piece of this. The main thing that saved the final install was using a (cordless) nailer, which made it a lot easier. If you don't have one, recommend to borrow one from a friend (hopefully you already have one). If you don't use a nailer, try to find the least obtrusive finish nails / use a precision finish tool (not sure what it is called but it's a little thing you use with a hammer to push the nail heads deeper, but not so that you dent the moulding) to submerge the nail heads. When you paint this, also recommend to start with the little domes and really work around them so paint does not pool. Finish the rest of the paint job with swipes in parallel to the length of the 'board'. I ended up using four coats of paint...it was worth it. Your mileage may vary! These tiles were exactly what I was looking for. It's important to note that with this design, the center square goes above the ceiling grid vs. sitting below it, so this is perfect for my application as the basement in my home is quite low in some areas where there is duct work, allowing me to optimize head space versus other designs that droop below the ceiling grid. There are 5 casings 85-1/2 height in a pack that will perfectly complete the look of the Belldinni Slab or Single Prehung door. Eco-friendly materials and plenty of modern technologies are perfectly combined with the best industry standards.

The good is that this product installed on the matching door looks awesome. The bad is this product is actually required if ordering the matching door which was advertised as “prehung”. The door most certainly is not pre-hung and requires these casing pieces as a separate purchase to complete installation. It would be practically impossible to fabricate your own casing since the finish on the door and trim is a sort of rubbery veneer and the frame is slotted to accept this product specifically. So just know the door will be a couple hundred dollars more and be a timely installation when compared to a real pre-hung door. I am happy enough with the installed result to give it 4 stars though.. Caulk colors won't wash out in weather. Apply to seal windows, doors, tub surrounds, kitchen backsplashes, and more. TEC caulk colors are available in 10.3 oz of tubes of sanded and unsanded textures. The sanded caulk is a siliconized acrylic latex formula with a rough texture. This would work well where you are trying to match rougher textured applications such as brick or stone. Unsanded caulk has a smoother finish. Common places to use this siliconized acrylic latex unsanded caulk is against backsplashes in the kitchen, along bathtub surrounds, windows and more. The unsanded tends to be easier to clean because of its smooth surface.

Found the perfect installation product! I was looking to make an old fixture smart automated and this SkyPlug canopy kit allowed me do just that. After installing the outlet and plugging in my Eurofase fixture I realized how dirty the glass was.
