This tile is beautiful! It looks darker in my photo, but in person it is really pretty. It is not quite the deep marine blue in the Wayfair photo, but it is lovely. It has variations in color and some smaller specks of color that add depth. I am so happy I went with a bolder color and not a safe, lighter blue. Crown molding adds a beautiful finish to elegant rooms. To get this look you would simply hire a professional to figure out and install all of the complicated miter cuts. This made the cost of crown molding more expensive as this method can be labor-intensive. Not anymore. Ours molded inside and outside corners make installation a breeze. It's lovely material, but the install was initially pretty (conceptually) tough. Screwed up with the adhesive and had to order another piece of this. The main thing that saved the final install was using a (cordless) nailer, which made it a lot easier. If you don't have one, recommend to borrow one from a friend (hopefully you already have one). If you don't use a nailer, try to find the least obtrusive finish nails / use a precision finish tool (not sure what it is called but it's a little thing you use with a hammer to push the nail heads deeper, but not so that you dent the moulding) to submerge the nail heads. When you paint this, also recommend to start with the little domes and really work around them so paint does not pool. Finish the rest of the paint job with swipes in parallel to the length of the 'board'. I ended up using four coats of paint...it was worth it. Your mileage may vary! It would be practically impossible to fabricate your own casing since the finish on the door and trim is a sort of rubbery veneer and the frame is slotted to accept this product specifically. So just know the door will be a couple hundred dollars more and be a timely installation when compared to a real pre-hung door. I am happy enough with the installed result to give it 4 stars though..
