No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. We have had a difficult time finding a shower door for our shower and this unit was a perfect fit for what we needed. The directions were clear and easy to follow, and installation was easy. We did have to cut the top support bar with a scroll saw, but everything went fine. The color was exactly as seen, and is much like a dark espresso color. The delivery drivers were extremely courteous, wonderful, and careful with the product, too! The door opening was smaller than what we had before, but wide enough where you do not feel it is too small when entering or exiting the shower. The door closes smoothly and we could not be happier with the product. We found we needed extra caulking at the base on the inside of the shower after installation, but the fix did the trick.
