I intend to reach out to Wayfair to see what can be done, it's still a pretty new piece, so that wasnt really expected. I will try to report back as to how this gets resolved. Their quality is excellent, and because of the extended size, they fit my uncommonly-sized tub enclosure perfectly. The header comes with a safety T-lock that ensures the unit’s stability. Moderate DIY Skills are recommended for installation of the shower enclosure. To reduce water they recommend placing the interior panel closest to the showerhead. Ensure your measurements are precise and finished wall material is in place before measuring for your shower door. The header and rail will be shipped long and will need cut to size during installation. Tools needed to install the door are: tape measure, level, hacksaw, drill, 7/64-inch, 1/8-inch, ¼-inch drill bits, #2 Phillips screwdriver, 3/16-inch wrench, sharp knife, and caulking (clear silicone recommended). Optional tools include a miter box for cutting parts to length, files, center punch, and masking tape. Does it’s job. It’s the only shower door that fit the dimensions of my shower. Wish they offered different finishing colors but the chrome is all they had. May spray paint it at a later date. Beautiful, quality made mirror and works well in my space. Packaged extremely well. Packaging was damaged in a few places but it arrived in perfect condition. However, like others, I found the color not as described. It’s a natural color, but can easily be painted to your liking. There were a few grey spots in the mirror.
