Absolutely unacceptable quality. The only reason why I didn’t return it’s because i built the bathroom with this item in mind. One side of the frame has to be built after moving tub in place because pump and blower frame sticks out a bit over the tub lips. Tub frame is cheap 1 by 1” tubing held in place with some cheap self tapping screws from hardware store, they didn’t even bother to use one kind of screws. When tested it, the pump switch didn’t work, had to buy another one. Spot welds what can i say, i can do e better job and I am not even a welder. This looks like was made in someone’s garage. Instruction manual looks like someone just typed it in Word and printed it on a home printer. Front cover is supposed to stay in place with 4 magnets, it slides down since magnets aren’t strong enough to keep the cover in place, at least could have used neodymium magnets How can you possibly sell such a product for $2600 and feel proud about your Family Owned Business of 30+ years. I'm very pleased with this sink and vanity top. It'll look fantastic with the vanity we purchased and perfectly suits our bathroom remodel. Haven't installed it yet, so I'll update with pictures once it's in place, but initial impressions are excellent. Edit: We've been using this for over a year now, and. still love it. Water does tend to linger in the corners on occasion. but nothing that warrants a star reduction. Update: The sink is now installed in our bathroom - FINALLY. It looks wonderful with the vanity we chose, fits just as expected. The counter space is much bigger than I thought it would be, giving plenty of room to put the things I use on a regular basis without feeling crowded and cramped. Quality and aesthetics are excellent. The one tiny bummer is that the overflow has a chrome accent that doesn't mesh perfectly with our brushed nickel hardware - not a big enough deal to remove any stars, though.
