The Armor SX5000 is a PRO-Grade solvent-based Silane Siloxane water-repellent sealer. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. The Armor SX5000 is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! Caulk colors won't wash out in weather. Apply to seal windows, doors, tub surrounds, kitchen backsplashes, and more. TEC caulk colors are available in 10.3 oz of tubes of sanded and unsanded textures. The sanded caulk is a siliconized acrylic latex formula with a rough texture. This would work well where you are trying to match rougher textured applications such as brick or stone. Unsanded caulk has a smoother finish. Common places to use this siliconized acrylic latex unsanded caulk is against backsplashes in the kitchen, along bathtub surrounds, windows and more. The unsanded tends to be easier to clean because of its smooth surface.

No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. Finally finished the shower tile and took a shower. Great shower head that is easy to use and looks great while doing it. I was so happy to find this sink on Wayfair! I actually was having a hard time finding a sink that would fit my existing cabinet space. I was originally looking for a cast iron sink to replace the one I had. But actually love the look & feel of this new sink. And it’s been easy to keep clean so far. Nice look, have only used it a week but have not had any stains, etc. Easy to clean and matching drains look nice. Update - have had it for 4 years now so downgraded to 4 stars from 5. Like the sink,works well,looks good. Only compaint is that over time the center divider can get very small chips/wear. Stilllooks good and is easy to clean without noise when doing dishes(compared to stainless, but this is a downside).. John. OH. Fri Feb 27 2026

I absolutely love this new home addition. I won’t credit myself as being a handy person but surprisingly was also able to install it myself. It was super easy to install. I took off one star only because I wish the pressure spray button would lock in place but it has to be held down manually. Otherwise, it’s a great feature that makes my otherwise mid pressure water clean at a higher pressure. The added rain spray feature is a plus for washing fruit and vegetables and actually is soft..
